Property Search Period
Property search assistance is provided for up to 60 days from the start of the service.
During this period, Sakura can research and review up to 10 shortlisted properties based on the requirements agreed with the buyer.
If you haven't found the right property after 60 days, the search period can be extended for:
¥30,000 per additional month
Once you have selected a property, Sakura's purchase support can continue through negotiation, purchase coordination and handover for up to a maximum of 6 months from the original service start date.

If you only require help with one part of your property search or purchase, individual services are also available.

Can't Visit the Property Yourself?
For buyers living outside Japan, Sakura can also arrange a remote video property viewing for ¥20,000 per property.
This can be particularly useful when an interesting rural property appears and you don't want to book an international flight simply to take an initial look.
Depending on the property and access available, the viewing can help give you a better understanding of the building, rooms, surrounding area and general condition before deciding whether to take the next step.
A remote viewing is not a professional building or structural inspection.
